(When registering - please provide dinner entree choice in "reasons for attending")

American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE-Boston)

The topic should be of interest to - Investors  - Chem Es - Entrepreneurs  - and virtually everyone interested in making money in the rapidly growing "CBD / Hemp Industry"

“CBD Market Could Reach $20 Billion By 2024"  Forbes
Hemp is part of the cannabis family. But unlike medical cannabis, it does not contain sufficient tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) to produce a high. The recent demand for hemp is being primarily driven by the growing popularity of another chemical found in cannabis plants—cannabidiol (CBD).

The passing of the 2018 Farm Bill legalized Hemp farming and CBD extraction in all 50 US States.

Explosive Industry Growth!
2019 CBD sales are about $700 million and are expected to quickly grow to over $20 Billion by 2024.

“Natural food stores can't keep it on the shelves and CBD can now be found at massage spas, gyms, and through an army of direct sellers. But where the large-scale growth will come over the next few years is through mass market retailers."
The Brightfield Group
